This guide explains how BET99 securely collects and verifies identity documents to complete your registration!
During the registration process, BET99 account holders may be required to submit specific documentation that will assist us in verifying your identity.
All information and documents you submit for account verification are reviewed through our automated or manual verification methods.
UPLOAD DOCUMENTS TO MANUALLY VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY
Manual Verification is required when your account cannot be automatically verified during the registration process.
ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS
- Driver’s license
- Provincial ID Card
- Passport
- All acceptable documents must be current (no expired IDs)
In order to upload your document and live selfie, you must click on the ‘verification’ tab on your profile page.
* Upload only the bio page of a passport.

Additional documents may be requested from you if we are unable to verify your identity through our initial automated and manual verification process.
If we require additional documents, you will be notified via email.
If additional documents are requested to complete the registration process, please follow the instructions on your screen to upload your documents correctly.

Before uploading a document to manually verify your identity, make sure that it is a document that can be accepted. Below are the kinds of documents that we can accept.
WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE ID SCAN OR PHOTO?
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
✓ Full color image
✓ All details on ID are readable
✓ ID is well lit
✓ ID is in good shape
✓ ID is in upright position
✓ ID occupies most of the image
REASONS FOR REJECTION
✘ Image is black & white (or grayscale)
✘ Image has a watermark
✘ Image is blurred
✘ Image has any other obfuscation
✘ ID details are obscured by light glare or reflections (be careful with flash!)
✘ ID is torn, badly damaged or has holes
✘ ID is rotated sideways or upside-down
✘ Too much space around the ID

Additional documents maybe requested from you if we are unable to verify your identity through our automated and manual verification process. If we require additional documents, you will be notified through one of the registered contact methods on your account.
