Can I change my personal details?

Once your BET99.com account has been successfully created, you cannot change your name or date of birth. You can change your address, phone number and security question and the security answer yourself in ‘My Account’ – ‘My Profile’.

If you need to update your name or date of birth, then you will need to contact our support team and will need to send a valid government issued document to make the change on your account profile.
