Can I pause my account?

In order to promote responsible gaming, we offer our players the ability to restrict their game play on our site. We have different limits (deposit, loss and time) that can be set by the customer in their account profile to suit their requirements.

You can restrict complete access to your account either temporarily or permanently by using the Self-Exclusion settings in your account. To do so, follow the instructions below:

3.Click on ‘Self Exclusion’
4. Choose one of the following

– Cool-Off – This is a temporary exclusion and you can login once the duration of cool-off is over. The minimum duration is 3 days and the maximum is 30 days.
– Self-Exclusion – This is a long-term exclusion and you can lock your account for a period of 1 year to 5 years. Note that we may not reopen your account in certain cases if this option was chosen.
