Let’s locate your transactions!
Desktop
- Click left of the deposit button to pull up the profile menu
- Select ‘Transactions’ from the menu.
- Select from the options at the top and adjust the date range to find the transactions you are looking for.
- If you are unable to locate a transaction in the list, it may be that a bet has not yet settled and is classed as an ‘Open Bet’ for example.
Mobile
- Scroll down to the bottom of the homepage click the Profile icon.
- This will take you to “My Profile” choose Transactions from the menu.
- Select ‘Transactions’ and adjust the date range to find the transactions you are looking for.
