Withdrawals cannot be processed while a bonus with wagering requirements is active.
To withdraw funds, you must either:
- Complete the wagering requirements, or
- Cancel the bonus, which will remove any associated bonus funds.
Once the bonus is cleared, you can proceed with your withdrawal request.
