Follow the steps below to request a withdrawal.
Desktop
- Log in and go to your Profile by clicking the icon beside the deposit button on the homepage.
- Select Wallet from the menu.
- Choose the withdrawal method you wish to use.
- Please make sure you withdraw using the same method you used when depositing.
Mobile
- Log in and click on "Account" at the bottom of the homepage.
- Select Withdraw from the menu.
- Choose the withdrawal method you wish to use.
