As an account holder, you may need to confirm your identity by submitting a valid and non-expired government-issued identity document, proof of address document, and selfie.
- We accept the following non-expired, government-issued identity documents:
- Driver’s License
- Provincial ID Card (excluding Health Cards)
- Passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- If you choose to upload an identity document without an address listed (e.g., Passport or Permanent Resident Card), you will also be required to upload a proof of address document. Proof of address documents must be issued within the last 90 days of verification and must also contain your full name and residential address. Acceptable proof of address documents may include a bank statement or utility bill.
